Home Staging Service: - We stage occupied homes that will be or are currently for sale.    This service includes:


  • · A 2-hour consultation to discuss your time frame, goals, and budget, as well as a walk through of your property inside and out to identify changes that can be made to help your home appeal to a wide audience of potential buyers.  Those changes can consist of simple furniture and accessory placements to a full re-design.  


  • · A comprehensive report that includes a customized and prioritized plan to fit your goals and budget.  We can also provide recommendations on service providers such as cleaners, painters, etc. if needed. Following are just a few things we will discuss:

                  * De-cluttering

                  * De-personalizing spaces

                  * Storage solutions

                  * Color consultation

                  * Placement of furnishings

                  * Furniture sourcing

                  * Recommendations on repairs 


Vacation Rental Staging Service is similar to our home staging service except we are appealing to the vacationer instead of a potential buyer.   We pay special attention to the details of what vacationers are looking for in that special home-away-from-home.


Vacation Rental Management Consultation will customize a plan for you to manage your own vacation rental property.   Most property managers will take 15%-30% of your booking revenue to manage your property for you.  Let us help you keep more of that revenue by showing you how to manager your own property.  With our tried and tested processes, managing your own property doesn't need to be a full time job.   We will cover effectively staging your property, how to stock your vacation rental, designing your rental rates, marketing, booking reservations, guest communications, your team on the ground and much more!   We have several years of owning and managing vacation rental properties and can pass that experience and processes on to you so you can quickly earn the most out of your investment.

Michelle is the Owner and President of Signature Style Home Staging,LLC.   Michelle has been staging both personal and rental income properties for over 20 years and is a graduate of the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Program, created and taught by internationally known Home Staging expert Debra Gould.

After a long and successful corporate career, Michelle decided to pursue her lifelong dream of entrepreneurship.  That journey started with the establishment of a vacation rental company. Through staging, re-design, and successful operations of vacation rental properties, Michelle has grown the occupancy rate of the rentals from 25% to 72% and subsequently revenue to over 677% in three years.   In addition to staging rental properties, Michelle has used her keen sense of style to stage-to-sell, condos, multi-family homes and various styles of single-family homes. With a desire to help others sell their properties faster and help other vacation rental owners generate more return on their investments, Signature Style Home Staging was born!
